Show a banner in the toolbar that you are queuing for ranked play

I think it would be nice putting a banner in the toolbar (system-wide), indicating that you are currently queuing for a ranked play match when exiting the ranked play screen. It would give better awareness for the player instead of having a notification that is dismissed to the notification center after a few seconds.

The inspiration is from TETR.IO to give an example:

I think we'd be looking at improving the notification that shows up during queueing to be something more special.
