Describe the bug
MHRise freezes on bootup with any commit beyond 83fd33c
This happens in OpenXR and OpenVR mode

Upload logs and any crash dumps
OVR_re2_framework_log.txt
OXR_re2_framework_log.txt

Identify the REFramework version
Anything after 83fd33c

To Reproduce
Install REFramework to MHRise
Boot game
Game stops responding

Desktop and VR (please complete the following information):

OS Windows 11
GPU RTX2080ti
CPU i7-8086k

Virtual Reality (please complete the following information):

VRto3D v2.0.0 (SteamVR)
Runtime (OpenVR and OpenXR)
