Can you release a new version with the python3 fixes (#1 and #2)?

I changed it and it is working for python 3. I have pull request for it, but I don't know how it can be released for pypi. You can install it with python setup.py install

@Salehbigdeli Thanks. I've included your changes in #12 and published my fork to pypi as ocrd-fork-pylsd.

I upgraded the lsd algorithm version from 1.5 to 1.6, and solved the FileNotFoundError. Now it works on python3.
You can install it with pip install pylsd2
