Actual Behavior

When I stop running the code in the editor then edit the code with auto refresh on the code starts running again.

Expected Behavior

In the past when I stopped the editor and edited code with auto refresh on the editor wouldn't start running again, it would stay stopped.

Steps to reproduce

Steps:

1. Stop the editor
2. Turn on auto refresh
3. Write something in the editor
