Transaction failed: Instruction: InitializeAccount

Ok, I tried deploying the serum-dex-ui and it says: "Error placing order Transaction failed: Instruction: InitializeAccount" when placing orders. Any help?
I think it doesn't load the intermediary accounts for passing orders.

its not loading token accounts in serum-dex application.

I tried to deploy "serum-dex" on localnet and ran "serum-dex-ui" to add market with localnet tokens but I am getting timed out issue
