Timed out issue on localnet on adding market

I have cloned serum-dex and serum-dex-ui locally and have deployed it to localnet. When I tried to add market I am getting "Timed out" issue. Can anybody help?

1. compile serum-dex locally
2. deploying the serum-dex program on localnet
3. set program key in the code.
