libprojectM Release 4.1.4

This release contains a backport from the main development to fix a linker/runtime issue on systems only providing core OpenGL 4.1 libraries or lower, as the code contained one function call that is only available from core OpenGL 4.2 and later. This mainly affects macOS, but also some older Linux distributions as well.

GLES builds were not affected as the function wasn't used when building libprojectM for GLES.

Like could you as a programmer of it, fix the very very best MILKS to shovv it off. Like releasing it vvith at least a fevv good milks vvould not be to bad for people to quickly try things out vvithout needing to find there ovvn.

In the pre-release builds, we ship projectM with the excellent "Cream of the Crop" collection of presets.

There might be a few presets not working properly yet, but it's now way less than a percent.
