Request: add lsp-plugins-lv2 to base image for PipeWire DSP

What

Add lsp-plugins-lv2 to the Bluefin base image.

Why

This single package enables a full suite of PipeWire filter-chain DSP plugins:

• 16-band parametric equalizer
• Compressor, limiter, gate
• Bass enhancer, exciter
• Expander, multiband dynamics

These are the same plugins Easy Effects uses, but loaded natively via PipeWire filter-chain configs — no Flatpak, no GUI, no resource overhead.

Current workaround

Without LV2 plugins, PipeWire filter-chain users are limited to built-in biquad filters (lowshelf, peaking, highshelf). These work but lack the precision and features of the LSP parametric EQ + dynamics chain.

Package size

lsp-plugins-lv2 is ~2MB installed (the LV2 plugin .so files only, not the standalone binaries).

Audio nerd here - yes, the whole PipeWire / WirePlumber / rtkit stack needs to be available. I'm not sure how it's packaged, though - the distros all have their own ways to do it and the prime directive is that all the legacy PulseAudio and ALSA code in all the desktops needs to work. JACK, not so much, it seems. Signed, a dude whose wrestled down a lot of audio plumbing issues in the past year.
