master宕机，cerberus就会重新获取分布，直到所有的SlotsUpdater都判断到fail，如果full_coverage选项为yes的话，proxy会把retry缓存都返回cluster down。是不是可理解为，如果新的slave升为master很慢的话，这段时间内的写指令并不会被缓存重试

是的, 不会缓存很久.
