Description

Would be great, if Nessie GC has the ability to let the user skip certain tables from GC'ing. This "for example" can be done as a form of a custom iceberg table property that Nessie GC can read, akin to Iceberg's gc.enabled which is used by Iceberg Spark procedure calls, maybe something like nessie.gc.enabled?
