Need capability to move VMs into vSphere VM Folders (for organization)

Move VM once it's created into a specified VM Folder.
Currently Cluster and Resource Pool work, but we need an option for VM Folders.
This could likely be added to the VM extraConfig or Network Update functions to avoid creating yet another Deferred function.
