Error loading public share filtered photos inside Photos app albums #1600

Problem
The Photos app allows albums to include photos via filters (date, tags, etc.). These filtered photos are virtual and not true album members.
This causes several issues:
Public sharing an album that contains filtered photos often results in an error loading the public link.
There is no UI distinction between manually added photos and filtered (dynamic) ones.
The Photos app lacks Shift / range multi-select, making it difficult to curate large albums.
Memories handles this safely by only sharing manually added photos, but Photos does not enforce this distinction.
Current Behavior
Filtered photos appear inside Photos app albums.
Public share of such albums may fail.
Sharing the same album to another authenticated user works, but public sharing does not.
Memories ignores filtered photos and only shows manually added items.
Shift-select and batch add are available in Memories but not in Photos.
Requested Improvements
Add Shift / range multi-select support in the Photos app grid view.
Add an action:
“Add filtered results to album (static)”
Converts currently filtered photos into permanent album members.
Behaves exactly like manual add.
Safe for public sharing.
Fully compatible with Memories.
Clearly differentiate filtered (dynamic) vs manually added (static) photos in albums, or warn users before enabling public share if dynamic items exist.
