Triaged: this is not an infra flake. The "Install deps and build site" failure is a genuine Hugo template-execution break introduced by PR #20725.

Root cause: the PR's hero code-overlay change calls resources.Get(...).Width/.Height on the overlay image, which is an SVG. resources.Get returns a generic (non-image) resource for an SVG with no .Width/.Height, so template execution failed on the homepage and /product/infrastructure-as-code/ — the two pages the change targets.

Fix pushed to PR #20725 (commit ce665245): derives the overlay's intrinsic width/height from the page's existing code_aspect_ratio frontmatter instead of the SVG resource, verified with a full make build (both pages now render correctly, no template errors). No p1/engineering action needed beyond letting that PR's CI re-run and merge.
