- The page should first and foremost explain the concept of an account, how it's identified, and how it differs from a Pulumi Cloud organization, and how accounts might get created (either by someone signing up for Pulumi Cloud or from SCIM, etc.)
- Remove all screenshots as they are now outdated
- Ensure all instructions are complete and accurate

- We don't need to link to the actual Pulumi Cloud app per-auth method. We can (and probably should) link to the app as a single link to create an account. (The methods by which one can authenticate are still helpful to list, and we should clarify that SSO would likely be set up by your org admin.)
