Similar to what we've done for other providers, let's add the string "Pulumi" (and maybe the version number?) to the UserAgent so that CloudFlare can track API requests that come from Pulumi. (As with other providers, users should be able to opt out of this behavior.)
This helps us and CloudFlare better understand usage of the provider and thus better prioritize the most impactful bug fixes and new features.
