Maybe updating pybind11 is a good idea

Nowadays, C++ standard is being more and more advanced. And a new C++ standard C++26 will be released next year. It will add many new features to C++ language (see more in cppreference.com). So maybe we should update pybind11 with the step of the C++ standard. What do you think?
