Follow up work on viewers

• support 5D base (feat: Support 5D writer base [WIP] #32)
• make sure image preview is not triggered during MDA (can happen on first and last frame)

good one. how would you want it to work? Default settings that get restored on each launch? Just persist whatever the last choice was?

Our users would be pretty consistent with these settings for different channels I think. So I think ideally persistent per user over different sessions. But already inside a session just remember last settings would be helpful.

when you say "per user" ... what is your user model? Different user accounts on the OS?

Yes, for us that would be OS accounts. I suspect though, that many labs might have a common account for all users on a microscope. So I think consistent inside one session would be the most helpful for now.
