Hello,

I have written a manpage for the twine command.

twine.1.txt

The autogenerated one should go in section 3, since it's API documentation and not command documentation.

The main improvement of this one is that it contains information on how to actually do uploads on pypi.org, since username and password are no longer supported and this is not documented elsewhere.
