Reason for request

The primary email associated with the account is no longer accessible and cannot be verified because we rebranded. We would like to the primary change to another domain. We can still successfully log into the account, have the 2FA and recovery codes but there is no option to add another email in the pypi system so that we can add a new primary email that we can verify.
