These two pages share some contents. Looks like through 'User Guide' page we can visit the page corresponding to user/install.md while there's no entry to install.rst any more, although it can be visited manually by https://pyscf.org/install.html. However the install.rst is still being updated. I'm wondering should we deprecate the latter one or create an entry for it.
