Create fastrpc.cpio.gz through github actions

As discussed with Ekansh and Vinayak, there could be a fastrpc.cpio.gz built by github actions, which would be then ready-to-use and could be appended to the initramfs.cpio.gz.

This could ease the setup for testing fastrpc on new SoCs.
