Looking for United States ISP that supports Quarkus built applications with Gradle, MySQL and Jakarta EE to manage data, security, and APIs on the backend. Expected front end is in discussion

I don't know about ISPs, but you can run a Quarkus application in JVM modes on an AWS nano instance (which is really cheap).

A few more US options that work well with Quarkus + MySQL at a reasonable price:

Easiest to start:

• Railway (railway.app) — deploy from GitHub, managed MySQL included, ~$5/month for small workloads, zero config for JVM apps
• Render (render.com) — Docker/JVM support, free tier for web services, managed PostgreSQL (MySQL-compatible options available)
• DigitalOcean App Platform — $5-12/month for a small container, managed MySQL available as an add-on

Best value for Quarkus specifically:

• Oracle Cloud Free Tier — two ARM Ampere instances with 24 GB RAM, free forever. Quarkus runs extremely well on ARM, and you can install MySQL there. Best deal for long-running services.
• Fly.io — deploy Docker containers globally, ~$2-5/month for a small instance

Serverless / scale-to-zero (cheapest for low traffic):

• Google Cloud Run — compile to a native image (./mvnw package -Dnative), cold starts are ~50ms, you pay only for actual requests
• AWS Lambda with the Quarkus Lambda extension

For your stack (Gradle + MySQL + Jakarta EE), Railway or DigitalOcean are the most straightforward. For maximum cost savings with a persistent server, Oracle Cloud Free Tier is hard to beat.
