I don't know about ISPs, but you can run a Quarkus application in JVM modes on an AWS nano instance (which is really cheap). |

For your stack (Gradle + MySQL + Jakarta EE), Railway or DigitalOcean are the most straightforward. For maximum cost savings with a persistent server, Oracle Cloud Free Tier is hard to beat. |
