The integration-tests/maven project has a lot of tests in it which are exercising continous testing, or the test framework. We should move these to a more approropate project. Other tests covering these (and mocking) are in integration-tests/main and integration-tests/test-extension/tests.

This should be done after #34681 merges, to avoid rebase headaches.
