Closing and reopening a new session starts session numbers from number of active sessions + 1

Describe the bug
Closing and reopening a new session won't give us a new session number

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to terminal (terminal pops up with name Session 1)
2. Create a new session (Session 2 created), close the first session
3. Create a new session (Session 2 created once again)

Expected behavior
I think we might need to completely eradicate numbers or keep updating numbers based on some kind of logic

Can you help me with the approach? Are we planning to remove session numbers entirely? or store the number somewhere and use it?

Yes,
I was thinking what if we could make use of the process id to display here as the trimmed number, and on hover showcase the full process id,

Other way is just keep this static session id rendering by keeping track of a seen map with already seen indices, we can even use set structure as well depending on necessity,

What do you think? @srikary12

PS: have a look at vscode terminal on how they display these information, if needed we can even discuss about subtle display of these following their ux designs
