Like: 0,2
Answer: 0,5
Retweet: 1

multiplied by user's follower count
then divided by RL follower count
= total coin count

if user is the first to like the post: total x2
if post is older than xxx hours: total 0,5

if likes >25: total x0,9
if retweets >25: total x0,8

...or something similar.
