SCC pre- and post- registration clarifications

SCC registration page

Pre-registration

• Is registration mandatory? What happens if you don't register? Currently nothing happens if you don't register.
• When getting a code from SCC to use for registration, users may see multiple codes available. We should specify which codes are valid options.
• [Slack feedback] Is there a limit on the number of instances that can be registered with the same registration code?

Post-registration

Currently the page only focuses on the registration process, but doesn't provide any information on what happens after registering.

On the Rancher side:

• Clarify what happens after registering, if anything?
  • E.g. The intro says registration helps you track the use of your organization’s subscriptions and deployed Rancher Manager instances, but this is ambiguous. Does it mean users can now do this in Rancher, SCC, both?
• [Slack feedback] After registering, the notification center still has the notification asking users to register. We should list this as a current limitation/known issue.

On the SCC side:

• [Slack feedback] Add instructions/screenshots on how to see the Rancher-registered instances on SCC.
