Inline resize notifications would be nice

Inband notifications (DEC private mode 2048) are nice in because they avoid the need to do signal handling, and can work even over a non-tty file descriptor.

I'm changing my framework to make use of this instead of watching for SIGWINCH when possible.  This improves portability, too, as we all know what a PITA signals are.
