GLB Animation plays incorrectly.

I followed the example to what I thought was correctly but my animation plays like this. I asked in the Discord and somebody said that because I made this in Blender, I need to remove the modifiers? But that can't be right because the only modifier I have here is the armature modifier, and that's required.
