Ability to toggle games/commands #2
Description
Requested by Theskeptical#8218.
This would be a simple feature to toggle certain games/commands on or off per-guild. The requester is part of a server where they did not want to have the 2048 game enabled, as it takes too long.
We already have per-guild settings, so this shouldn't be too much harder.
