- Hi, I'm running p2rank of AFDB. One of the things i'm noticing is just how many pockets it returns for some proteins. For example, when I run it on AF-Q8TEX9, I get 14 pockets (written below). Is this to be expected? What kinds of score filtering do you employ? Are p2rank predictions on AFDB equally well-calibrated/accurate? Here is the command I ran:
