Unexpected LCP error

We are in a critical situation because we encounter on android => Unexpected LCP error on some users they can't open books on our app and there is no start point to following what the reason causes this error , we find this error can occur by two cases :

1- LcpError.MissingPassphrase : and we check all cases related to missing passphrase every thing from our side works fine
2- LcpError.Runtime : this is not clear for our side but there an comment say => "An unexpected LCP exception occurred. Please post an issue on r2-lcp-kotlin with the error message and how to reproduce it."

One scenario: one of users can use his account on phone fine but on Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10 the encounter same error

FYI : we use latest version on android 3.0.3

The LcpError.MissingPassphrase occurs if you did not provide a valid passphrase for the publication when opening it. You can take a look at the user guide for more information.
