Builds: show actual tag/branch for stable/latest versions

What's the problem this feature will solve?

In the builds page, when you hover over a version, you get name of the branch or tag. But for latest/stable, we still show latest/stable instead of the actual branch/tag, while also linking to the actual tag/branch...

Display the name of the tag/branch the version was built from.

Isn't ext-theme repository a better fit for this issue?

This probably requires some changes here, but I'm fine with either repo.
