Consider the hierarchy:

Comment 1

Comment 2 (Distinguished)

Comment 3

If Comment Mop is run against this hierarchy with "Ignore distinguished comments" selected, comments 1 and 3 should be removed but Comment 2 should be retained.

However, the tree processing currently stops and both comments 2 and 3 remain visible.
