refactor: Address GitHub Copilot code review feedback

- Clear notebook outputs and Python version metadata to reduce git noise
- Remove unused 'info' variable in test_create_index_with_default_stopwords
- Add explanatory comments to all exception handlers in cleanup blocks

These changes improve code quality and maintainability without affecting functionality.
