Settings: text of Etherscan needs an update

The current text is:
Manage the api key used to interact with Etherscan.

This API key is only for using the debugger for debugging verified contracts on Etherscan and not for use with Etherscan for contract verification.

The new text should be:
The API key here is only used in the Deploy & Run (when verifying on Etherscan on deployment) and in the Debugger (when debugging a transaction of a verified contract on Etherscan). To verifiy a contract on Etherscan in the Contract Verification plugin, go to the Contract Verification plugin's Setting tab and input your API key there.

The text: Create a new api key and save it in Remix.
Should be updated to
Create an Etherscan API key.
