New release 1.9.3 with GCC 15 support?

There are post-1.9.2 changes on master that never made their way into a release, including support for GCC 15 (#40, #42). Is there a chance to cut a new release 1.9.3 soon? I would otherwise take https://patch-diff.githubusercontent.com/raw/resurrecting-open-source-projects/dcfldd/pull/42.diff downstream to Gentoo in a few days but forwarding to 1.9.3 would be cleaner of cause. Any chance?

Sorry for the lack of response. I was in a hurry the last couple weeks. I will prepare a release now.

Already made the changes for the release and pushed, but some GitHub Actions image problem prevents GCC-15 installation on Ubuntu 24.04. Mind having a look?

I had a closer look now and found a way to green CI with GCC 15. How do you feel about pull request #44?
