Unable to activate module

The doc says :

Go to Settings -> Project Settings, in the Modules section, enable module Schema Management Module.

I'm I the only one not having anything showing so I can activate the module ?

Modules section only contains the module bar settings...

I'm also unable to activate the module. I'm running Directus version 11.1.1.

It works now, not sure, maybe it required a restart.

I can confirm uninstalling, clearing the browser cache, reinstalling on server, refreshing again and the menu item is not available

force reload the page (shift+cmd+r) worked for me (Directus 11.3.5)
