Fcntl module does not exist on windows

Hi !

First of all thanks for maintaining this very old project by making this second version.
I'm using it every days to color all my SSH session directly from windows, so I wanted to make it a try to this new version.

But it seems that for windows the module use to lock the files called 'fcntl' does not exist...
import fcntl ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'fcntl'

Would it be possible to fix the issue ?
