It can't access local files?

I have to "upload" files to it, it can't just access files on my drive?

You can also tell it the absolute path to a file on your OS (which is why you don't want to expose this to an untrusted party, better to not host this at all, unless in a VM and you're aware of escalation/abuse risks)
