Save generated outputs for the public showcase

Public showcase is meant for people:

1. who just come to the platform first time.
2. do not have much context/knowlefge about RL.
3. Do not have / want to manualy upload a replay file yet.
4. Do not have any idea about what the platform does.

Thus, the recommendation details for the public showcase replays should be stored and in a versioned manner(best case).

May also consider saving all generated recommendations. In favour of also solving something like #15
