commit messages displayed on News and Blog posts on website

Hi! I'm not sure if this is related to rladies/rladiesguide#146 on the guide. However, I noticed on both the news articles and the blog posts, there are last updated dates along with commit messages. I suggest removing the commit messages.

I agree with @shannonpileggi; I wasn't aware that the commit message will be shown. My message was descriptive of what I fixed.
