Time and Solar changes are not working

I've tried setting up a 6-image wallpaper as a solar and time type and neither are shifting at the right position/time when set on my computer. 

I wish I could edit an existing/exported file instead of making a new one every time, it would be easier to tweak to troubleshoot.
