No explorer icons when lively is running a wallpaper

Explorer icons covered by lively wallpaper
lively displays error even after "animate controls and elements inside windows" has been dissabled/reenabled

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

start lively and select any wallpaper. Wallpaper starts and explorer icons dissapear.

work as lively has in the past with the ability to display explorer icons
Lively worked for many months until recient windows update
