Describe the bug
Windowed media player appears after sleep mode

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

get an animated wallpaper, mine was from a video in my downloads folder (with sound)
on windows, go to the power button, press sleep
When turning your computer back on, it will display a widowed screen with the video

Expected behavior
Continued functionality with seamless video playing.
