Describe the bug
The background wallpaper does not take up the whole screen after opening any full screen application and reveals the regular wallpaper that has been set through windows underneath it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set any wallpaper through lively wallpaper.
  2. Open an application that is full screen - for example CS2.
  3. Close the application
  4. Go to the desktop and the wallpaper will not be taking up the whole screen.

Expected behavior
The wallpaper takes up the whole screen regardless of whether a full screen application has been opened.

Screenshots/Video
This first image shows the wallpaper taking up the whole screen - for example on boot or after a restart of lively wallpaper.
Image

This second image shows the wallpaper being shifted and scaled down, revealing the default background underneath, after opening a full screen application.
