Wallpaper wasn't filling the whole screen. #2626

There are time that the wallpaper have black bar that makes the wallpaper look off to look at.

Oh yeah... The wallpaper itself is full screen so the black bar wasn't suppose to be there, everything is fine until now, been restarting my system every now and then that seems to aid the problem for a short time.

Huh... now that I took the good look at it, the whole thing looks like a "window" of some sort.

Have the same problem everytime I exit a game. The only solution I found was to open app manager and restart explorer.exe
