Lively UI can be customised using themes.

Theme settings

Default

Uses Mica (Windows 11 only) if transparency is enabled in operating system settings.

Dynamic

Uses a frame from live wallpaper as background; custom themes can also be included with wallpaper.

User selection

Load a custom background file.

Uses image file as theme.

Custom wallpaper theme

Wallpaper makers can include a theme by creating lively_theme folder with the wallpaper.

Note

When Dynamic theme is selected Lively first checks if custom theme is present before automatically creating one.
