live setting of PlotDataSet

Would be nice to change some setting while PlotDataSet is running.
Actually all PlotDataSet init, should be editable on the subject are loaded,
because right now, on a to quit a wait again for all subject to be loaded.

Create a control figure, to show curent values, with editable field, and a button update, to apply changes
