CI can produce inconsistent results

Node used in the project is currently set to v24 in .nvmrc and updated to the latest available version in CI checks. This can lead to inconsistent reuslts as observed in February (#53) and March (#109 (comment)).

As the project approaches V1 release it would be advised to lock specific runtime.
