阮老师好，上次自荐了EmojiClick被您收录之后，我把这个产品做成了浏览器插件，并上架发布到了 chrome 插件市场。

浏览器插件开发完以后，要发布到 Chrome Web Store上，也是需要颇费一番周折的，我就写了本文记录从注册账号开始，一直到最后发布上架的全流程进行指导，希望帮助中国开发者提供一些经验，避免踩坑，耗时耗力。

文章覆盖了账号申请支付、打包，上架发布等 3 个过程的 9 个关键注意点，都是一线实操的经验，希望对中国开发者有用。
